Adjust midi volume while playing

I believe it's possible to adjust the volume of a midi while it is playing. Currently if that is done, it will restart the file to play from the beginning.

On Wynncraft, they use midi files to play their music. If you type `/toggle music` you'll notice the music fades out instead of stopping abruptly.
