Configuration Title is "Interface" instead of "PowerShell"

Prerequisites

• I am sure this issue is with the extension itself and does not reproduce in a standalone PowerShell instance.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Visual Studio Code and the PowerShell extension.

Summary

I was recently searching for a setting, and I thought I wasn't seeing any PowerShell extension related results, until I noticed that one of the Extensions was called Interface, and it contained all of the PowerShell extension settings. I am entirely sure that the cause is this line:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Visual Studio Code settings (Ctrl+, by default).
2. Expand Extensions.
3. Scroll through the list and note there is no PowerShell, but there is Interface.

I believe this was fixed in #5329 we just don't have a new release out yet.

You are correct. This is definitely fixed on the main branch. 😄
