Add files to the Archive repo

• Pull python files down from replit and commit them to the Archive repo following the current style.

• Write a unit test (that commits to a different repo or none at all)

Once done change the README.md in the archive to no longer mention this ticket

Optionally:

• Get the people who took part in each group and add them to a code owners file
• Find out what the task was and add it to a readme (following the current style)
