Hang after evaluation timeout

[i-love-debugging]

I observe that during evaluation if it reaches timeout the system will hang after throwing an exception regarding cascade evaluation. Can you help look into this?

This could be a Streaming issue. Did you try running npx ai-patch doctor to sanity-check stalls/partial output and common SSE buffering pitfalls?
