bug(listbox): Error message for multi selection does not make sense #32643

Description
This error message "Listbox cannot have more than one selected value in multi-selection mode." does not really make sense. I guess it should say that "in single-selection mode" or "when not in multi-selection mode".
Reproduction
No reproduction as this is just logic error in the text error.
