[Bug]: Can't set default mode for Opus #105

Bug description
I Can't find the way to set default Opus model to medium.
It always starts with high and at time I notice it, it waste a lot of tokens without the need to use high.
My cli is using medium as default.
Steps to reproduce
Not really any steps.
Just start new project.
