Opinions disappear when switching between projects

Steps to reproduce

1. Get an opinion. Let it complete.
2. Switch to another project.
3. Go to the original project with an opinion. It is briefly viewable and after a couple of seconds, it disappears. Switching between projects/branches has no impact
