Mastodon webfinger redirect

Context

PRD §12 — The devopsdays Mastodon instance at social.devopsdays.org uses webfinger redirects currently handled by Netlify. These need to move to Nginx.

Requirements

• Webfinger redirect from devopsdays.org to social.devopsdays.org
• Currently a Netlify redirect rule — needs equivalent Nginx config
• `/.well-known/webfinger` endpoint handling

Acceptance Criteria

• Mastodon webfinger lookups work from devopsdays.org
• Redirect configured in Nginx
