Remove or replace findbugs because out of support

Is it possible that you move to spotbugs? This because findbugs seems no longer maintained. (also e.g. if a security issue is found it will be fixed in spotbugs)

Our dependencies are centralized in sdk-platform-java. I'm going to move this over to that repo where we can track this concern.

I do think this is something that we should do and we'll need a bit to investigate how to do this without any possible breakages (if there is any).
