Missing / Incorrect Definition

target, lib and module option ES2025 is missing (and I don't want to use ESNext)

Syntactic changes: import attributes (currently in module: ESNext)
Library features:

• Set instance methods (currently in ESNext)
• Promise.try (currently in ESNext)
• Iterator helpers (currently in ESNext)
• Float16Array and DataView methods for float16 (currently in ESNext)
• RegExp.escape (Add types for RegExp.escape #61321)
• Intl.DurationFormat (Add the type of Intl.DurationFormat to the lib. #60646)
