I think poetry shell was a lot easier to explain to newbs than eval $(poetry env activate) - is there any history on why it was moved out of the core package and into a plugin?

@gweidart Maybe good to update the README on the shell plugin repo 😄 I landed here worried that nobody was maintaining it.

@adelapazborrero, they are not a maintainer of this project. None of the people who said they would do something in this thread did any work. The note is there to stay.

@dan5e3s6ares Hi there, no help ndeed :) I simply saw in the package that they were still looking for maintainers, but when I came to the issue there was a comment that seemed "accepted" as the maintainer, so I simply mentioned that it would be good then to update the README. But as @Secrus said, there is still no maintainer, so indeed the message should stay on the it.
