Announcing our newest maintainer: @jamietanna

Hi folks!

For those who don't recognise me, I'm @jamietanna and I'm the newest member of the Renovate team at @mend 👋🏽

As noted by #37585 and #38231, I'm going to be taking over from Rhys as the primary moderator and maintainer of the Mend Renovate CLI.

I've been working in and around Renovate for ~6 years, doing a number of things upstream and in the ecosystem, and introducing + running Renovate at the last couple of companies I've been at. Not to mention a viral blog post or two, convincing everyone possible that Renovate is better than the alternatives.

I'm so excited to be now fully working upstream, and giving back to the community that's brought me so much value 🚀

And because I'm a fan of setting expectations, being clear and open, but also as a lil' bit of extra accountability, note that I'll only be responding to Renovate-y things during working hours - between 0900-1800 in Europe/London timezone, Monday-Friday

(there may be times this isn't the case, but it's worth keeping this as your expectation)
