Yes, please! I expected to see:

1. the bin $HOME/.local/bin (symlinked to a location in ~/.local/share/vite-plus or otherwise)
2. node versions and package manager shims somewhere in ~/.local (fnm stores in ~/.local/state/fnm_multishells/<some-id>/bin/)
3. any global config in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/~/.config/vite-plus

I might be wrong, but these seem like separate concerns:

• use xdg config #827 (this issue)
  where vite-plus stores its own config ($HOME/.vite-plus)
• fix(cli): respect ZDOTDIR and XDG_CONFIG_HOME in install, doctor, and implode #892 (my PR)
  how vite-plus detects and writes to the user's shell profiles (zsh, fish)

Came here expecting the same as #827 (comment) (mainly, I don't want to add a bunch of random dirs to $PATH and prefer tools use the standard ~/.local/bin), I think this should be re-opened since as noted #892 is unrelated?
