Text in dark blue color is hard to read on the black terminal background

Description

For me (not really visually impaired, just a bit old) the text in dark blue color is like Homer hiding backwards in the bush... 😎

The lighter blue for other texts is fine, see screenshot of the default vp create --help output.

Suggested solution

Choose a color with better contrast. I'm not really good in accessability or design, so I don't have a good suggestion.

I guess this is in cli/src/utils/terminal.ts.

@flensrocker we are using the "blue" color that you define in your terminal color scheme. Any printing of blue will look like this in your terminal, so I suggest you change that first. If it's still a problem, we can reopen and take a look.
