E2E tests create a new assignment per E2E test run. These are not cleaned up. Hence add some automation that removes stale role assignments.

E2E tests create a new assignment per E2E test run. These are not cleaned up. Hence add some automation that removes stale role assignments.
Special notes for your reviewer
Going to run this after E2E runs, similar to deprovision step. Will require a new key in the secret with the Kusto Infra subscription name. That will be exported as "CUSTOMER_SUBSCRIPTION" to reuse the TestContext framework for authentication. It's a bit hacky, but most obvious and cheapest to implement.
