What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Add comprehensive Datadog Operator documentation alongside existing Helm instructions for deploying and configuring the OTel Agent Gateway. This provides users with a Kubernetes-native alternative to Helm deployments.

Changes include:

  • Added dual-tab structure (Datadog Operator / Helm) throughout the guide
  • Documented all gateway configuration options for the Operator:
    • Basic deployment with DaemonSet
    • Standalone gateway deployment
    • Custom ConfigMap configuration
    • Advanced options (replicas, nodeSelector, affinity, tolerations, priorityClassName, env, envFrom, image, featureGates)
    • Resource and security context overrides
  • Added Operator examples for all advanced use cases:
    • Tail sampling with load balancing exporter
    • Custom Collector images
    • HPA autoscaling configuration
    • Multi-layer gateway deployments
  • Added reference links to Operator documentation and examples

Getting a branch preview makes it easier for us to check any issues with your PR, such as broken links.

If your branch doesn't follow this format, rename it or create a new branch and PR.

…n tabs

Reorganize the Installation and configuration section to match the layout
of the Advanced use cases section. Each subsection now has its own tab
structure for Datadog Operator and Helm, making it easier for users to
follow instructions specific to their chosen installation method.

Changes include:
- Added new "Install the Datadog Operator or Helm" subsection with tabs
- Converted "Deploying the gateway with a DaemonSet" to use tabs
- Converted "Deploying a standalone gateway" to use tabs
- Converted "Customizing Collector configurations" to use tabs
- Added tabs to "Advanced configuration options" section
- Moved reference links from bottom of file into relevant tabs
- Kept only globally-referenced links at bottom ([1]-[6], [9]-[11])

This improves documentation clarity by providing parallel instructions
for both installation methods in a consistent format throughout the guide.
