This PR proposes module CLI options that allow users to get a path to the libtensor include dir or to get include flags for libtensor

This streamlines workflow for users building native extensions

  • Have you provided a meaningful PR description?

  • Have you tested your changes locally for CPU and GPU devices?
  • Have you made sure that new changes do not introduce compiler warnings?
