intera redmine theme

• a full redmine 5+ theme in one independent css file
• optimized color palette of ~20 colors
• normalized sizes to multiples of 5px
• edit button moved to the left
• replaced "+" with "New" for the new object button if the selected language is english

setup

• copy the "intera" directory into the redmine project directory under public/themes/
• under Administration -> Settings, tab Display, select theme "Intera"
