Sync codegen output (2026-03-03)

Sync codegen output with OvertureMaps/schema#451

Actual fixes:

• duplicate Address models were resolving to the one from the addresses theme, causing Place to link incorrectly
• hierarchies is a list of lists; it's displayed properly now

Improvements:

• links to primitives pages (bbox, geometry, numeric types)
• better constraint descriptions
