This PR fixes geographic label behavior for rectilinear cartopy/basemap axes. It corrects the basemap label-side ordering so top/bottom labels map consistently, and it prunes corner endpoint labels (±180°, ±90°) on cartopy to reduce crowding when labels are shown on all sides. The result is consistent tick/label placement without duplicated corner text.
