If we are testing connect client, use the correct master and skip
test_caching.Why are the changes needed?
CI is failing https://github.com/apache/spark/actions/runs/23917930072/job/69756535467 - connect tests can't have
local[1]. This pattern is used in other tests.Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
