#2069 Fixed/The sidebar has empty sections with dividers when collapsed if Feeds, Squads, etc. sections are collapsed

Changes

Describe what this PR does

Updates the NavSection component in Section.tsx to fix empty sections on the collapsed sidebar.

• hides the header text only
• keeps the arrow and plus icons visible
• adds titles to the arrow and plus icons to help user navigate the collapsed sidebar
• moves the divider to the section bottom

Hey sorry for the delayed review.
I see this introduces a layout shift of the items in the sidebar which is somehting we want to avoid at all costs.

I'm not sure if you can for instance use this empty space to simply render the plus button if applicable?
