EPROM Reader

Allows dumping of 27 series and pin compatible (E)PROMs
from 2K (27C16) to 1M (27C080).

Other 5V devices with linear read addressing can be read
by constructing a suitable DIP to connector adapter i.e.
8/16-bit game cartridges such as VCS2600 and NES.
