Adds the isiOSAppOnVision property for iOS platform.

Thanks for your contribution. Looks good to me, but I would like to merge this PR once there is no Beta label on this property in Apple's documentation: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/foundation/processinfo/isiosapponvision

@vbuberen is this a breaking change? As isiOSAppOnVision requires XCode 26.1+ causing ios_example_build & ios_integration_test to fail.

It can be. I will investigate later as currently don't have time.

I would also ask to not tag me for no reason. I don't need multiple types of notifications and will get an email anyway.
