feat(webkit): roll to r2248 (microsoft#38788)
Corrected a Fixed missing comma after Chromium link, improved spacing around bold keywords, and added Oxford comma for better readability. My very first contribution! 😊grammatical error by adding a comma in the description. Signed-off-by: PUNEET M P BHARADWAJ <[email protected]>
