Approving ... but ... I'd like to explore the idea of live selectors able to attach listeners even before elements exist on the page. The qsa-observer is a great primitive to enable this so maybe we can demo/explore this possibility in the near future? This current edit is correct though, all I am saying is that we could make it easier for users and meet their expectations, even if the DOM wouldn't natively allow it out of the box.
