Hey @orama254 and @SiroDaves , I have identified the issue being one of the workflows using an old version of the artifacts actions. So we need to update that to the latest one.
I can take a crack at it if you guys want, unless Rama has started working on it.

@katungi My investigations also yielded the same, my approach was to start merging the sync PRs chronologically until the latest one as there might have been an update on the upstream repo introducing the breaking change. Happy to take it up (or split it into manageable chunks).
