Both were accidentally removed in PR #85 along with blocks content. Like inline-web-view, these are forward-looking migration guides (Blocks/Mod Tools -> Devvit Web) not blocks reference pages. Restores main docs and versioned (0.12) copies plus sidebar entries in both sidebars. Made-with: Cursor
